Odenildo Pereira — Massage Therapist

I am Odenildo Pereira, a massage therapist, and I found in massage a very practical way to care for people: through listening, technique and conscious touch. My path in this field grew from an interest in the human body and in how small tensions, when they build up, can affect both physical and emotional wellbeing.

At Ode Therapy, each session is shaped around what the person brings on that day. I work in a calm, professional and welcoming environment, with the goal of easing discomfort, reducing stress and creating a safe experience of relaxation and balance. I support different needs, from periods of fatigue and muscle tension to regular wellbeing care, with home sessions available.

More than applying a technique, I want each person to feel respected, heard and comfortable throughout the process. If your body is asking for a pause, I will be happy to help you find the session that best fits your needs.

Cupping

Benefits of cupping for the body

Cups create a gentle suction that lifts and softens the tissue. They are often combined with massage or lymphatic work.

  • Support circulation and comfort in the shoulders, back and legs.
  • May ease muscle tension and heaviness after long days or training.
  • Complement drainage and mobility — always adapted to you and to any contraindications.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers before your session.

What should I bring or wear?

No special preparation needed. Wear comfortable clothes; during the session only the area being treated is uncovered.

How should I prepare?

Avoid heavy meals in the hour before and drink water. Prepare a quiet space with a little room to move, and keep your phone nearby so we can arrange arrival. If it’s your first session, tell us what you’re looking for and about any pain or injury.

Which areas do you cover for home visits?

When you book, enter the postal code of the address: you’ll see straight away whether your area is covered and the travel fee. If your area isn’t covered, get in touch.

Are there times when massage isn’t advisable?

Fever, infections, open wounds, thrombosis, some heart conditions or recent surgery may mean postponing the session or adapting the technique. If you are pregnant or have a chronic condition, talk to us first and, if needed, to your doctor.

Is my booking confirmed straight away?

Your request stays pending until the therapist confirms it. You’ll get the confirmation by email or directly.

How do packs work?

Choose a pack or build your own. The therapist confirms the request and arranges payment with you. You then get a code that you use, with your email, to book each session online.

How do I cancel or change a booking?

Use the “Manage booking” link you receive when you book: you can cancel online up to 24 hours before. To change the time, get in touch.
